Therapy and coaching for: individuals, couples, groups, bands, managers, and road crews.
Intensives for: pre and post tour / band, management, and crew.

These experiences are called “intensives” because they offer a more structured therapeutic process that is completed in a single day, week, or weekend— rather than meeting once a week for several weeks like traditional therapy.
Instead of a long-term therapeutic goal, intensives offer streamlined, short-term, targeted support in half-day or full-day blocks. Don’t let that scare you, there are of course many breaks during these longer sessions, and there are various group meetings.
Example: we might spend 3 hours of the intensive with me having 30-minute talks with each person individually, followed by an hour break, then rejoining with all members present for 90 minutes, another break, followed by breakout sessions of a few members at a time.
Each intensive is unique to your group’s relationships, conflicts, and goals.
Cost is determined by the number of hours and members of the intensive, which could range from $500-$5000.
Intensives take place at your rehearsal space, or in East Nashville.

Generally, individual therapy sessions are $155, and relational sessions are $165.
I offer decreased fee spots to those who need it, although these slots are limited. Feel free to ask about this!
I do not currently take insurance (this could change in the future, let me know if this would help you). However, I can provide a “Superbill” document that you submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement. You can contact your insurance provider to inquire if your coverage accepts superbills for reimbursement.
Intensive costs vary depending on how many hours of therapy are needed and the size of your group. We will work on pricing together while building your package, which could start at $500.

Yes absolutely, any session can be virtual! The requirements for virtual therapy are:
Solid internet connection
A still, private space
Alone in a parked car is totally fine
You cannot be in a moving vehicle — this is for safe driving practices; some exceptions made here for sessions while on a tour bus
Intensives must be in person.

My typical client availability is:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday, 11:00am-7:00pm (with 6:00 being the latest start time).
Friday is usually a virtual-only day, but I have some flexibility on this when needed.
For intensives, my availability is your availability — whenever your team is at the rehearsal space. I know to make this an accessible offering for touring folks, we may meet on weekends or later afternoons.

I answer this question differently than you might expect:
One of the most important factors of positive therapeutic change is the relationship that you have to your therapist.
There are so many amazing therapists in Nashville, but it’s important to find someone you feel comfortable with and understood by, and someone who feels like they can get you aligned with your goals in a way that works for YOU.
I’d love to explore if I feel like the right fit for you, or if I could help you find someone who is!
I absolutely believe it’s part of our job as therapists to help you get to the people, places, resources, and communities that will make the most meaningful impact for you.
A more straightforward answer: I’d say I’m creative, collaborative, and good at finding tiny patterns that add up to the cycles you’ve felt stuck in. I aim to provide change in every level of your systems, especially focused on—
intrapersonal [mind, body, and the merging the mind and body, tough to do in our culture]
interpersonal [our relationships define our life. How you relate and connect to others changes your thought patterns and nervous system. Learning how to engage in conflict safely is the keystone to real peace]
